Not bad esp. being the 1st. Just if I were you, I'd resize the icons so that they fit into the selection frame, and, how about moving the
characters in bckgrd_2 in front of the frame you created?

the bacgrd 2 seem to be blurred!
the 1st backgrd and icons are good job.
