Fun idea! Like TraumaHound, I think it would be much better if the menu icons were blended in with the background. Personally, I'd have also
preferred it if you'd gone with either black or blue pen, not both, but that's just my taste. ;)

I think this is a fun theme.
Couple of improvements I can see would be to use the background of the bottom image for the
background of your buttons to help better blend the art in. Also, maybe lighten the flowers and butterflies on the bottom screen just a touch
so the text doesn't blend in with it for better readability.
Otherwise, again, I think this one's fun, reminds me of drawings I'd
send my dad that I did on paper grocery bags.
