Art is nice on the logo/icons screens and the icons are an interesting choice. Bckgrd_1&2 I don't get, I understand the blurring, not sure if
it'd work for clarifying text on them, but not sure why such an artistic start that becomes poorly-done chibi art. Nice to include a GBA
frame, though it's more of a pic, not so much a "frame". And no theme.ini?
Why you dony download the R4ThemeCreator? Then you can create and upload your own theme.ini ;)
