Do you mean the top screen has a sort of neon light effect when viewed on the DS?
The Rorschach theme I made a while back has a
similar glowing look to it when viewed on the DS' screens, it's an interesting effect that I didn't intend; a "Happy Accident" as the late Bob
Ross would say. :)
