What do you fail? I'm using photoshop alot... sure I did have some classes on infography, but it's really not that hard, as long as you know
what you want, know you're skills in Photoshop :)

I tried using photoshop CS2 but i have no clue how to resize itor but the pics onto of another...i learned a different version but I dont have
it any more >.<. What should I do? Im so puzzled:cry:

To Resize an image (complete image and layers):
go in IMAGE (top) then select IMAGE SIZE, then change the size you want it.

To Resize just a Layer press CTRL&T, then move the squares on the layer

To copy an image on top another:
Select image with CTRL&A, the copy it with CTRL&C, then go onto new image (receiving) and press
CTRL&V to past image.
Then you can resize it with CTRL&T :)
