i like it but suggestions i would say logo is missing a logo lol andthe icons are a bit weak very nice otherwise. I love the gba frame

-if I must find something, I will conseil you to give major attenction to particulars, the difference of the
precision on particulars makes a theme great.
-GBA frame image too brighting, for me.
-look at black font indications (brightnes
and R)
better white..?
-nice touch whit pink cursor!
-.ini fonts black dont can be readed on BG1.

The space between the 2 groups is just begging for a game logo, heh.
